Creating a Custom Export for use in the Citrus County MLS in Florida - InnoVia System

  • Click 'Search' then 'Custom Displays'.
  • For 'Property Format' select SFR and then click 'New'.
  • Name the export 'TrendSheet 4'.
  • Select 'Oneliner' then click 'Next'.
  • Select the following fields from the 'Available Fields' list and add them to the 'Selected Fields' list. Be sure to include all fields and they must be in the order shown:
    • MLS #
    • Status
    • List Price
    • Closed $
    • Stat Date
    • List Date
    • Close Date
    • DOM
    • Pend Date
    • Lender Owned
    • Short Sale
    • Apx. Living SqFt
    • Style
    • Year Built
    • Pool
    • Acres
    • BR (Bedroom)
    • BA (Bathrooms)
    • Garage/parking
  • Uncheck the 'Include Select Checkbox' and 'Use Embedded Links' boxes.
  • In the 'Share Display With' drop-down, select a group who may access the custom report (no one, the office, or the firm).
  • For 'Title Font' select 'Title'
  • For Label Font select 'Head'
  • For 'Data Font' select 'Shared'
  • Click 'Save'


How to Export your Data

  • Verify that the search you are exporting includes every type of listing (active, contingent, pending, closed, expired, canceled, etc excluding leased) for at least one year back from the effective date you're using. The further back you go, the more likely you are to include pertinent data. I recommend 2.5 years since TrendSheet 4 analyzes two years of data at once.
  • Once you complete a search and you're on the search results page choose 'Select All'.
  • Select the custom report 'TrendSheet 4' from the 'Oneliner Display' drop-down list.
  • Now click the 'Excel File' link.
  • Click 'Save' on the File Download window NOTE: If the report opens in a browser window or in a spreadsheet program automatically, just choose 'File' then 'Save As'.
  • Save the file by whichever file name and into whichever folder you prefer.
