      • **CRMLS (Capital Region MLS) / Paragon  **Due to some limitations in how this MLS exports data, number of stories and carport count calculations do not function based on analyzing the MLS data, however, they still work for the sales grid analysis. The calculations for actual seller contributions also does not work but TrendSheet still provides information and trends on the number of sales that have seller contributions.

      • **CincyMLS / Rapattoni **Due to limitations in this MLS, the actual dollar amount of concessions is not exported, however, TrendSheet 4 will still calculate the percentage of sales with concessions. For the same reason, the Swimming Pool adjustment calculations do not work.

      • **Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS / Flex **Due to limitations in this MLS the actual dollar amount of concessions is not exported, however, TrendSheet 4 will still calculate the number of sales with concessions.

      • **Darke County / Flex  **Due to limitations in how this MLS exports data, the seller concession contribution percentage calculations do not work.

      • **Dayton (DABR) / Matrix **Due to limitations in how this MLS exports data, percentage of sales with concessions and concession contribution calculations do not work. Garage/carport calculations are disabled for aggregate differences analysis, however, garage/carport adjustment indicators are still available through paired sales and sensitivity analysis.

      • **NEOHREX / Matrix **This MLS system does not provide a way to export number of carports so this ability is disabled in the aggregate differences analysis although it still works in the paired sales and sensitivity analysis sections.

      • **WRIST / Matrix **Due to limitations in how this system exports data, percentage of sales with concessions and concession contribution calculations do not work. All data calculations for short sales are not not available.

    • Oklahoma
